Where are your products designed, and where are they created?

Our products are designed in Portland, OR. Our flatware is made in China, and we work closely with trusted partners to ensure quality and consistency in every piece.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

Yes! All of our tableware products are dishwasher safe.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order directly from your account page once you're logged in. If you don't have an account, you can access this information via the order status page included in your order confirmation email.

Can I modify an existing order?

Once an order has been placed, we're unable to modify it. If you need help, please contact us at hello@aswearehome.com.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer gift cards in values from $50 to $500. Email us at hello@aswearehome.com to get started.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping in the contiguous U.S. for orders over $100. For orders under $100, we charge an $8 flat rate.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Where do you ship?

At the moment, we only ship to the contiguous U.S. If you'd like to place an order outside of this area, drop us a note at hello@aswearehome.com and we'll do our best to make it happen.

What if my products are damaged upon arrival?

If any of your products arrive damaged, just send us a photo at hello@aswearehome.com and we'll make it right.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date your order is received to return items. Please make sure they're unused and in their original packaging so we can process your return smoothly.
